Do you deliver nationwide?
We deliver nationwide anywhere up to a 225 mile radius from Bradford, BD5 0EA. Deliveries any further than this will be subject to our sole discretion.
Who can buy the packages?
Homeowners, Landlords, Letting Agents, Developers, Housing Associations can all buy our products. We are happy to amend packages to suit individual needs.
How much is delivery?
All our listed furniture packages include free delivery within 120 miles radius of Bradford. Delivery charges outside this radius will be subject to order value and location but every effort will be made to keep this to a minimum.
Any packages you create yourself in our Create Your Own Pack section will incur a delivery charge subject to the value of your order which will be listed in your cart.
How quickly can you deliver?
We can usually delivery within 48 hours* and sometimes can be as quick as 24 hours* if you have a more urgent requirements subject to stock availability. We will always try our best to accommodate your needs.
*All bookings are made on a first come first serve basis
When do you deliver?
We usually make delivery during the week Monday-Friday at a time suitable for you. Our installers will keep you updated throughout their journey. We can make emergency deliveries at the weekend if required but there will be a small extra charge for this depending on location and value of order. We can be at your property as early as 8-9am. This also applies to long distance deliveries to places such as London, Reading etc. Our installers will set off as early as 4am if required!
Do I have to be there myself to accept delivery?
No. We are happy to liaise on your behalf and collect keys locally from the letting agent, sales office, concierge etc.
Can I make changes to any of the packages?
Yes. We appreciate that properties vary in size from one another. You can make as many changes as you like and can even swap items from package to another. One of our representatives will email you a quote based on your exact requirements.
Will everything fit into my property?
We will always ask you to email or fax any floor plans etc so we can use our experience to make sure everything will fit well into the property. If certain items from our packages do not fit then we will offer numerous practical alternatives.
Do you install everything?
Yes. We will deliver and assemble everything. This includes setting the dining table, making the beds, hanging any artwork and mirrors. Our team will always set the furniture in the most practical and space saving manner. We make sure that access to things like tv points and electrical sockets is not blocked. We will then remove all the waste and make sure the property is vacuumed throughout so it’s ready for immediate occupation.

How can I pay?
Payment terms are strictly 100% upfront and can be made either by sending a cheque, bank transfer, debit or credit card. Please note that payment by credit card will incur a charge of 2.5% which is charged to us by the banks. References are available for that extra peace of mind.
