Hi Emma, Following on from our telephone conversation, I just wanted to put pen to paper to Thank You and Everyone at Sublime Furnishings. As I explained the complete package was a surprise for our son who was moving to his first home and choosing Sublime Furnishings was the Best choice we could of made. I would not hesitate in recommending your services, from Emma who assisted me with the excellent selection of items, to the guys (Saj and Jason) who carried out the installation and everyone else involved in the process. The guys arrived promptly on the Monday morning to an empty property and within such a short space of time, room by room was transformed into a beautiful home. One thing that blew us all away was the Quality of the products, we knew the items would be of a good standard but each and every item was 1st Class, all high end products from the sturdy built furniture pieces to the soft furnishings and the beautifully matching kitchenware. The guys were great with their space saving experience, and without them I would never have placed the TV in the "perfect gaming location" so Thanks guys lol. I am a woman like most who loves to shop and yet there is no way on earth I would have been able to source the level of quality you guys delivered at such a competitive price and thats without delivery and installation which you included and there was not an ounce of packaging or rubbish left the guys left the place spotless. As I explained to Emma the only area for improvement would be to update the photos as they really do not do the products justice. I was requested by potential tenants to furnish a flat, but to secure the tenancy I needed to complete the furnishing within a week. This would have been impossible with my work commitments, had it not been for Zubaer and Anzer’s efficiency: I found their details on the internet, emailed an itemised list of the requirements, and within a few hours a competitive quote was sent back to me with photographs. After a few tweaks to the order, with prompt email replies, I confirmed the order and the furniture was delivered within a week to Birmingham, and it all looks great in place. However, he has said that all being well, a replacement should be available and a delivery organised for the week after next. I just wanted to write to thank you very much for your fantastic service once again. Anzer and his men were amazingly efficient. The apartment looks fantastic and your team were absolutely wonderful. I cant think of any company I have dealt with, even for a delivery of one item, that are anyway as efficient as your company and the individuals that work for you. (I am thinking M&S,Debenhams,Laura Ashley etc.) The experience is so quick and efficient that both times you have furnished our flats I cant really remember anything about the move! This is because when your team arrives they take on board every aspect of putting the flat together. I just can not believe that while all the hard work is happening I have been able to go off and shop (dont tell David that part!!!!!) I really cant sing your praises enough and I hope we might have the opportunity to buy another property in the future and work with you again. Luckily we have been having back to back tenants in the London Flat but as soon as we have a free slot we will ask you to update that flat for us. Please give a special thank you to Anzer and his team they were polite, efficient and very knowledgeable about the whole concept of creating a stunning home. We work as property finders and had an engagement for a blue chip customer who had two American ladies coming over to work in Brighton for a year. We found a great flat for our assignees that needed furnishing to an excellent specification but within a reasonable budget. While Sublime provided a quote that was 45% cheaper than the most expensive quote and marginally cheaper than 3 others, that wasn’t the reason we selected them as the supplier. Zubaer was responsive (always available on the mobile), flexible in being able to reflect last minute changes to the inventory, and emailed the quote fast so I could respond to my client quickly. The delivery and installation went to plan on a Saturday and, most importantly, the two assignees were delighted with their new home. In summary, Sublime provided the best furniture package in terms of value and service and always met or exceeded expectations.
